Heath Model Kit

The Heath Model was built and designed for Fran and Sandy Heath, who have gratiously allowed us to use it as one of our model homes. Fran and Sandy wanted a small comfortable log home that would take them from their 'empty nest' days into their 'golden years'.

The floor plan that we designed for then does just that. There is a master suite upstairs and a 2nd bedroom downstairs. With the proper lot, a walkout basement fits ideal into this floorplan, almost doubling the living space for those family get togethers with the kids and grandkids!
